| According to description one of the X-Ray Digital Imaging Instruments UDR(Digital Radiography System) and it's components'architecture, principle as well as the relationship between them, This paper designs and accomplishes the control system of the UDR that satisfy the development of modern computer technology and clinical requirements. An excellent control system is the foundation of the UDR, reliability and stability of it reflect the quality of UDR clearly, and affect the imaging effect as well.This paper focus on the design and implementation of this Master-slave control system that based on ARM9 and AVR embedded platform respectively. The master control system mainly includes S3C2440 microcontroller and Touch Screen as the human interface, and the slave control system based on Atmega32 microcontroller and it could response master control device to control motors.Compare with previous 8051 microcontroller embedded control system, the characteristic of this control system comes from the use of more advanced ARM9 embedded platform, more excellent display Screen-True Color LCD Touch Screen in master circuit. We also use AVR series microcontroller as the core of the slave circuit, it simplify hardware circuit according to its characteristic, and according to the clinical requirement we add automatic function that make the operation more convenient.In the last part of the paper, we tested whole system and correct some flaw in it. Finally, this control system is stable and reliable, and competent to fill the clinical requirement. |
