The first line of Dujiangyan Lafarge Cement Company had put into production in Feb 2002, and cement capacity is 140M per year. All material in and out from plant weight near by weighbridge house of west gate now. So reasonable business process design and using all resource to support weigh house to weigh, is the most important to reducing vehicles in line.The old weight system is based on single computer, and only use in simple environment. But according to more production lines building and more hardware using, we must review current weighing operation and related business process. For better management of purchase, sale and weight, it's necessary to optimize this weighing dispatch system, and meet demand of business growing. Base on ensuring Lafarge local business system(ERP, Mail, Assay Document system, etc) running stably, design and develop a new WDS system, increase speed of vehicles weighing, fulfill business new requirement of two more production lines, reinforce business control and reduce cement dispatch risk, share information anytime, increase customer satisfaction last.In this paper, using software engineering principles and object-oriented methods and technologies,the system needs an in-depth analysis, Including management system functional requirements, data needs.The establishment of a system integration model accurately describes the weight dispatch management system for each module; The establishment of a functional system model, accurate description of a weight dispatch management information system functional requirements, the establishment of the system data model, a detailed description of the data integration, data integration, data sources and several The storage characteristics; the establishment of a distribution system model and system deployment model, fully consider the role of the user, system security and other factors, the system fully reflects the thinking of people-centered strategy.Secondly, the paper also discussed in depth in the software architecture of each module technology program. The approval process with the realization competence of data gain, vehicle weighing and weighbridge reading.. This paper also detailed discussion of the integrated management system for the realization of some key technologies, including:data alternation with ERP system, emergency plan.Papers covered by the present system has been successfully developed and put into trial operation of the Dujiangyan plant, the use of good.
