Hydraulic system has been used as servo control system and drive device in the field of aerospace,aviation,metallurgy,electric power,etc.It will cause imponderable loss in case the system fails during operation.And as a key component of mechanical engineering, it determins the performance and reliability of mechanical engineering,Hydraulic pump is the heart of the hydraulic system, so the performance of it affects the hydraulic system directly. Therefore, diagnosing and monitoring the state of hydraulic pump is particularly important. In this condition, there is a new trend developed in the field of hydraulic technology, which is based on computer to monitor and control the performance of hydraulic pump intelligently. And the damage of the pump which mainly happened during working period will bring a series of impact to the pressure and flux of the system.This paper proposed a method to design a hydraulic pump testing device, which is based on wireless technology. It can real-time monitor the working status of the hydraulic pump to ensure its safety without demolishing the device, which may affect the operation of the hydraulic pump. The collected data can be transmitted via Bluetooth to ground system. After analysing the data of temperature, pressure and flux, can get a pressure-flux curve, comparing it with the standard curve, then can diagnose whether there is hydraulic oil pump disturbances.C8051F330 from Xinhualong Company is the core chip of this system. Bluetooth technology is used to establish an integrated detection technology, methods and procedures of wireless transmission test. Application modules include data acquisition module, communication module and data processing module. Communication module is responsed to transmit the working state data to PC via Bluetooth using wireless way. The C8051F330 MCU as the master chip of data acquisition module collects the data and finishes A/D convertion function. The host computer data processing module will be analyzed and processed the receive data, and revert it.After many times'debugging and improving of hardware and software in laboratory, this system can implement the monitoring function to the hydraulic pump. A blower generates a variational signal as input, which then will be processed by the data acquisition module. The Variation of output signal is similar to the input changes, which can prove that the accuracy of its data transmission, and achieves the desired results.
