Study And Design Of Wireless Communication Testing System Based On Bluetooth Technology

This paper analysed the developing actuality and market appliance foreground of bluetooth technology by home analysis and argumentation of wireless communication technology, and studied the core of bluetooth technology –agreement and appliance frame, then bringed forward the idea of designing industry testing system by Bluetooth technology.The designing of this system was for poisonous gas annunciators , annunciators were made up of TGS813 and NAP-55 sensors .This system could collect sensors signal of 96 channels, and gathered signal of environment temperature and humidity .The system adopted the project of wireless communication between two host, used point to point Bluetooth module ROK101008. One host was PC that was connected with ROK101008 by interface circuit, and its software was programmed with VC++6.0, the host exchanged digital with ROK101008 by serial communication interface. Other host was PIC16C74 signalchip that collected signal of temperature,humidity and gaseous senor signal. The temperature sensor was DS1820,humidity sensor was CUE-B1,96-channel multiplexer was consisted of a chip 74LS138 and six CD4067 chips.The 96-channel signal testing were controlled by PIC16C74.This system proved that the wireless communication testing system of bluetooth technology could collect signal correctly,and sufficed the testing of industry production.The testing system fitted especially poisonous environment ,and had extensive market foreground and utility value.Basing on textual research,put forward the idea of using Bluetooth technology controlling industry automatization on hazard industry locale.The paper accomplished the researching and producing task of wireless communication testing system,and bringed forward the thinking of combining Bluetooth technology and industry automatization,it was a basis of its research direction.
