Engine Connecting Rod, one of the five most important components, its quality is directly related to the performance of the whole equipment. Engine connecting rod fracture splitting technology which appeared in the 90th of last century, making connecting rod fracture splitting with a high quality, high productivity, low consumption and so on. But there isn't an assistant system to complete the process of measuring parameters, which makes the assessment of productivity quality lack of authentic data as validation. It is increasingly urgent to study the detection system of the Fracture Splitting equipment because there are not enough researchers in this area as a result of few relative results and little theoretical basis.This paper makes this as a starting point and is committed to get a set of possible system to detect the Fracture Splitting parameters. The system will promote the constant update of the Engine Connecting Rod Fracture Splitting automation, so the operators can conduce real-time monitoring and adjust the Fracture Splitting force and Fracture Splitting velocity at any time , and then optimize the processing technology to realize the aim of high efficiency and low consumption. In this paper, the real-time detection of Fracture Splitting force and Fracture Splitting velocity are through sensors, capture card, industrial computer (IPC) and some hardware devices. At the same time, the Visual C++6.0 is used to complete the control of hardware functions and data processing. While dealing with the hardware, you can simply call the GDI function because the device-independent nature of VC++. This article has taken advantage of the feature to complete relevant compiler. This paper is mainly committed to study the detection system of the Fracture Splitting equipment and has gotten the following conclusions:1. Basing the hardware devices in Roll Forging Technology research laboratory, Jilin University, the author designs a set of simple and reliable assistant system and relevant detection programs. At the same time, author has learnt detailed about the hardware structure, working theory. Author also has comprehensively studied their working performance, characteristics and the terms of use.2. Using the combination of software and hardware, the system of data acquisition and processing is established. Relevant functions of the software are accomplished through the platform of Visual C++6.0. Data acquisition and processing are completed step by step which can reduce the occupation of the CPU in order to improve the efficiency. The programs in this paper are designed by modular which makes the programs'modification and maintenance easier.3. According to the test environment, Anti-Jamming for the detection system has been done in this paper. The author also handles the hardware equipments in the detection system and excludes most interference signal. This paper also conducts software filtering and studies the Kalman filtering method deeply in order to make the signal more accurate.4. Store the data in the specified disk, and then read the data with VC++ for deeply processing, save the processed data at last. In order to realize the Fracture Splitting process clearly, reflect the real value of the main tank pulling force and velocity as long as accomplish the detection of the Fracture Splitting force and velocity in the Fracture Splitting process. Minor adjustment to the hydraulic control system basing on the data information is needed so as to make the whole Fracture Splitting process higher efficiency and lower consumption.5. Through the analysis of connecting rod Fracture Splitting graph, a preliminary calculation of the main oil cylinder drop-down speed and Fracture Splitting force of the straight connecting rod with its model C70S6 and diameter 41.8mm is gained. According to common Fracture Splitting broken defect styles in the actual production, the influence of Fracture Splitting force and speed to the processing of Connecting Rod Fracture Splitting is analyzed: Fracture Splitting force too small or large can lead the big head of connecting rod lost round, In other words, Fracture Splitting force should have a suitable scope(the Fracture Splitting force range from 19.13 to 21.51KN is advisable in this test).Though the greater of Fracture Splitting speed, the easier happen of brittle fracture and improve the quality of Connecting Rod Fracture Splitting, the large Fracture Splitting speed will require dramatic improvement of test equipment. In this paper, the connecting rod fracture splitting velocity is 120mm/s. Data from the analysis of Fracture Splitting curve simplifies the Fracture Splitting's optimization design so as to realize the aim of high efficiency and low consumption.In conclusion, this paper studies a set of assistant system for the Engine Connecting Rod Fracture Splitting process----the detection system of Engine Connecting Rod Fracture Splitting equipment. The system can complete the detection of Fracture Splitting force and velocity conveniently and then provide very important information for the study of the Fracture Splitting technology parameters. In today's industrial production, the position of the detection system is very important. This article has optimized the whole process of Connecting Rod Fracture Splitting technology and has significant academic value and actual significance for the update and deeply development of relevant technology.
