E-Commercial Platform Of Sino-Russian Lumber Transaction

China has become one of world biggest lumber importing countries .In the year of 2010, the industry lumber import volume will be 50% of the national lumber demand. But at present ,the lumber-processing added value of our country is very low, the deep processing are less, the technology content is not high, the channel to gain the lumber information is sole, and the lumber trading mode lags. In view of these situations,combining the software engineering theory and the project management thought, we have designed and developed the Sino-Russian Lumber Transaction Electronic Commerce Platform System (SRLT-ECPS). We hope to establish the import and export lumber transaction electronic commerce market ,of which the layout is reasonable, the radiativity is strong, the information is keen, the function is complete,and the trading mode is advanced .China's timber industry is one of the most important feature of the industry, in national economic construction and development plays an important role. With the changing domestic and international situation, the timber industry's wood and wood products trade patterns, trade patterns changed significantly along. By the external environment and the impact of the current economic situation, China's import and export volume of timber from Russia decreased significantly than before, but Russia is an important timber importing countries, accounting for China's timber imports over the years than one half, and increase every year, right China's timber industry plays a far-reaching influence and role. The present Sino-Russian timber trade and the whole existence of trading in the timber industry complex, trading a longer period, a single timber of information sources, poor cash flow, less competitive, low value-added and other issues, the urgent need to change the new trading , which makes the timber trade between China and Russia fast, safe, efficient and stable manner.In recent years, progress has been made in the development of e-commerce, has already permeated all walks of life, and showed a variety of successful e-business models such as B2B, C2C, B2C, B2B, B2M, are widely applied to various fields, and many successful e-business case for enterprises and local economy has a huge influence. This study analyzes in detail the meaning of e-commerce, type, level and business models based on the combined characteristics of the Sino-Russian timber trade, and developing a suitable e-commerce platform timber industry, timber industry to change the current trading patterns, improvement of timber transaction speed, reduce transaction time and less, truly will be moved to line trading online trading online.In the research, design and development of Russian e-commerce platform in the process of software engineering theory consistent, detailed analysis of this paper based on these theories, the general design of the platform system. First determine SRLT-ECPS development goals, in data storage, software and hardware requirements, etc. were clear.
