Global economic integration resulted domestic and foreign counterparts increasingly fierce competition among enterprises. PetroChina, in response to fierce competition, implemented "resources, markets, international" strategy, with information support for building a centralized ERP system to meet the China's oil and refined oil, and other regional management, standardized operation, integration and intensive development needs. Daqing Oilfield of PetroChina ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system as a whole ERP system construction component includes Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Project System (PS), Sales and Distribution (SD), Material Management (MM), Plant Maintenance (PM) and other functional modules. This article focuses on the Plant Maintenance (PM) module design ideas and achievement.In the system implementation, through the management of oilfield equipment status and needs analysis, reasonable design has applied to the overall system architecture, operational framework and functional structure. Taking oilfield experimental units listed companies as an example demonstrated the technology in various business functions achievements as well as test results and the application of pilot enterprises. The system (ERP) implementation and applications solved the practical problems that Daqing oilfield equipment management information system is not integration, horizontal business information can not be shared, data and information is of poor timeliness. The whole ERP implementation process fully reflects the advanced management concepts and practical practices of ERP system. Oilfield equipment management spans the three organizational structure, top to bottom, followed by oil companies, subordinate department, and end-user. This three-tier organizational structure is one of the foundations of an oilfield business process of equipment management。The overall design includes designing of system architecture, operational framework and functional structure.Overall system architecture is designed to follow China's Daqing oil field of oil and the overall ERP architecture design principles, to meet with the other modules and professional system integration requirements.In aspects of operational framework designing, during the equipment life-cycle management process, the entire main line of business processes is in accordance with purchase of equipment, master data, prevention programs, maintenance, equipment, disposal areas, namely the pre-acquisition planning of the equipment management, procurement to the device in the mid- operation, maintenance, repair, lubrication, transfer, rental, idle and obsolete equipment scrapping. All the operations can be reflected in all aspects in sequences.In aspects of functional structure design, according to the division of business functions, the system functions are mainly composed of the equipment master data, maintenance management (maintenance planning and process management) , lubrication management , operation records management, query and reporting management and interface component management. Among them, lubrication and operation records management are the oilfield specific business functions, specifically for the actual business of oilfield design and development.The functional design is as follows:Equipment master data management. The master data management is an important basic work of equipment management. The design of equipment master data management includes functional location, equipment master data, BOM (Bill of Material) , task list, classes, Characteristics, measuring point, and work center master data, covering the existing device management operation require all the basic data. All seven major categories of master data have adopted a hierarchical structure and integrated forms of management。Equipment maintenance management includes the maintenance planning and process management. Maintenance planning management, including the annual maintenance management program and preventive maintenance management is the actual source of repair operations and guidance to the source. Annual maintenance program classified by activity equipment and fixed one can be prepared according to functional location as well as a single piece of equipment. Preventive management focuses on key and major equipment. Through preventive maintenance or lubrication planning, regular maintenance or lubrication can be conducted. Maintenance management is implemented according to plan maintenance operations, with different situations to perform different work processes and steps.Equipment lubrication management includes the lubrication of the file definition, according to the quality oil change programs, regular oil change plan, oil quality testing records, oil change records, inquiries and other functions. It is able to achieve the establishment of equipment lubrication master data, modify, and query, enact, amend or regular oil change oil change plans and according to the quality plan, create, modify, and query the device functions such as lubrication recording. Meanwhile, it achieves a range of multiple devices or a single piece of equipment a period of time oil consumption statistics, as well as single types of lubricants in the period of time usage statistics.Equipment operation records management. Different types of oilfield equipment running record of capital equipment are unified designed by the Department of Assets Management. According to the type of different device, recording cycle of equipment operation is also different. Under normal circumstances the major and key production equipment running record period is month, day, class or hours. And it can be measured according to equipment operating records generated documents so as to provide the basis for equipment maintenance operations.System interface design, primarily interface of PM module and AMIS7.0 (asset management information system). AMIS7.0 systems are currently being used to build a relatively comprehensive asset data, the establishment of PM modules and AMIS7.0 the interface between the AMIS7.0 created in the system from a device and transmits the appropriate fields, keeping the AMIS system and PM the synchronization of information between modules.In the device management module design and implementation, focusing on specific business of oilfield equipment, lubrication equipment, operation management and records management capabilities to design and system development, the special feature of the Daqing oil field device management has been formed, providing technical means for managers and monitoring equipment status, maintenance and repair of it.Plant Maintenance (PM) module and Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Materials Management (MM) are highly integrated modules to achieve a seamless interface between the various business processes, with information resources sharing and coordination of reunification, achieving logistics , information and capital of the third-in-one.ERP system began to constructed at the end of 2008, started it application in 2010 to listed companies in the oil field experimental units and simultaneously in other units of the promotion, winning the affirmation of Daqing oil field and oil exploration blocks . PM module and AMIS7.0 systems integration interface is extended to other parts of China Petroleum Corporation. Plant Maintenance (PM) module construction and promotion not only provides a unified platform for oil field equipment management information system to improve the way the management of oilfield equipment, more importantly, the practical realization of optimal adjustment of business processes, business data standardization and standardization. It realizes a wide range of information sharing and effective use improves equipment management level and efficiency of management, provides a reliable basis for decision-making for decision-makers in different levels.
