| It is difficult for the pulverized systems of boilers to stably run in optimal operating condition due to varying operating condition. Even the coal mill runs for nothing or leaks coal dust, it leads to energy waste and environment pollution.Combining fuzzy control, expert system with neural networks, an optimal pulverized control system is given for four 360MW coal-fired units of Luohuang Chongqing power plant. Moreover, the proposed MECS pulverized control system is put into practice, the results shows that not only the coal fitness can be satisfied, but also the power consumption of coal pulverizer can be reduced. |
