A Research Of Bus-Temperature Detection System Based On PC

It plays a more and more important role for temperature measurement control system in the industry,agriculture and People's Daily life.It has a great influence in people's life, so the temperature detection system design and research has the extremely vital significance. Temperature is a common physical quantity in the production process and scientific experiments,and we need monitor the temperature in many areas.In this thesis, we adopt DS18B20 as the temperature sensor, microcomputer as the master the computer based on the PC bus temperature testing system. It makes the level conversion through the bus drives,and the RS-232 serial communication lines transmit the date directly to a PC,so the PC can obtained the date through analysis and processing.It display the temperature through the application of VB programming language.It consists of PC and single bus driver in Hardware.The DS18B20 collected the temperature date to transmitte to PC by bus driver. Running in the PC bus driver programming software uses VB with hardware interface, it provides for the single bus drivers to operate on measurement and data control processing. In software area,we mainly set the system parameters,the application of communication control, finally realize the control of temperature data and DS18B20 loading.Using digital temperature sensor DS18B20 simplifies temperature measurement devices and the interface circuit chip, thus makes the hardware circuit, small size, convenient connection with fast speed, high reliability, performance, application and characteristics. PC can realise the operation of man-machine dialogue mode, and is suitable for field use. Good software platform, and automatic identification system, the quantity sensors maintain convenient.In the system we establish effective and flexibility, low power consumption, reliable communication mode between the test point and the computer.It is an important direction of the development of instrument in realizing testing instruments, convenient. Therefore, it is a very practical gathering system temperature based on RS - 232 bus multi-point temperature.
