The Research And Realization Of The Procuratorate Interrogation Audio And Video Recording System Based-on XPE

The method of recording audio and video when interrogating the duty criminal suspect, is an important element which "promoting judicial reform, safeguarding judicial justice" for the procuratorial organ, and has a very active role of accordance with the law for handling a case, standardizing law enforcement. In the previous studies, the existing same type system in the procuratorial organ is verified through practice that there has certain poor operation stability, ease of use and practicality.In the thesis, based on the Windows XP Professional, the Construction of the new generation prototype system is divided into two parts, how to capture, compress and decompress the video and audio is developed by VC, how to interact between the machine and the user is coded by VB. This system adopts the industrial robust panel computer of AAEON company as the platform of the hardware, utilizing the digital audio and video compression technology of Hikvision company to finish video-audio capture greatly. Through transporting the prototype system to the customizing XPE embedded platform and adopting the EWF and the distributed deployment of equipment by one-to-one, the stability of the system is enhanced. Through researching the technology of overlapping multi-channel video (close the edge) and overlapping the Chinese character with dynamic video such as the date, the time, the temperature, the humidity and the place name of handling a case, meeting the demand of the inverted colors on the dynamic video, the guarantee of practicality is offered.In the auxiliary subsystem design, based on the research of the data encryption technology about Base64 and MD5 code, the record subsystem of interrogation is coded by VB and Jer-a file format for storing words of interrogation is build. The wireless communication command subsystem on GSM is designed to break 140-byte length limit of the single SMS transmit-receive; the transmitting message is encrypted based on BASE64 at the same time.An attempt is made here to summarize the history of the development of the same system in procuratorial organ. The innovations of this paper were that the new generation system realized stability, ease of use and practicality of the system, which is valuable to use commercially and spread in a certain scale.
