With the rapid development of computer application and information technology in China,the public security department has put forward the specific requirements of transparency,legalization and planning for the interrogation.Because the public security interrogation work involves human rights and other related issues,once the interrogation link is unlawful or unstandardized,it may cause unjust and misplaced cases.Although China has increased the investment in the information construction of the public security interrogation business in recent years,the public security departments in all parts of our country still often occur interrogation unplanned opaque.Because the traditional public security interrogation business can not manage and store the trial record of the case.and can not carry on the effective real-time video recording of the trial process,the traditional case trial requires a lot of manpower and material resources to ensure the legitimacy of the trial process,but because of the lack of effective supervision process,the interrogation is not effective.Case information cannot be stored for a long time,so the police interrogation can not be guaranteed,and the information of case interrogation is easy to lose.In view of the upper problem,the relevant departments of public security of our country hope to design and implement a public security interrogation management system,which combines the functions of interrogation records,case management,real-time monitoring and synchronous video through the combination of computer application technology,video technology,storage technology and network technology.In this paper,the research background and significance of the public security interrogation management system are discussed in detail,and the main contents of this paper are analyzed and summarized by studying the status of the domestic and foreign interrogation system.Secondly,we study the J2EE architecture and B/S structure of public security interrogation business management system,so as to provide support for the design and implementation of the system.In this paper,through the research of MPEG-4 and H.264 video transcoding technology,the network video server used in this paper is proposed to realize video compression,transcoding,transmission and so on,so as to make the transmission and monitoring of video function more stable and reliable.Then,according to the specific requirements of the public security interrogation business,and combined with the enterprise framework technology J2EE architecture,the overall analysis and design of the system is carried out,and the functional modules of the system are designed according to the principle of module division.Through the research of the system function business process,this paper adopts the object-oriented development technology,and realizes the core function of the system through the research of the key technology of the system.Finally,based on the system business requirements,this paper focuses on the overall design and detailed design of the system,and the key technology of the key technology database connection,recording and video recording,video monitoring,and the key technology of synchronous recording.Because of the security requirements of the public security interrogation management system designed and realized in this system,this paper improves the system's overall security mechanism by data encryption,system login design,data backup and so on,thus preventing the disclosure of public security core data information.And on the basis of the system security analysis,this subject has carried on the overall design of the system security,thus providing a strong support for the system's security system.
