Design And Implementation Of 3G Net Control System Based On DaVinci Technology

The multimedia surveillance system can real-time, really and vividly reflect the scene, and gradually becomes one of important technology in area of the surveillance and control. The 3G wireless NCS becomes one of the current research focuses. This system takes the modern network as the platform, integrates the most advanced video compression technology, embedded technology and network technology, and leads the third generation of monitoring technology developing to the digital, network and intelligent direction.The overseas starts early researching the NCS of the embedded Web server, and now reaches the advanced standard. However, now the domestic and foreign research about the NCS based on the 3G and the H.264 are all at the start stage, and not yet publishes the public literature.Considered the reliability of the 3G NCS's transmission, the high complexity of H.264 algorithm as well as the flexibility of the system, the paper has designed the DaVinci embedded hardware platform based on the DSP and ARM, has realized control of the embedded Linux operating system, load of the H.264 algorithm, construction of the Web server, design of the 3G wireless route and dynamic junction of the CGI. The practice proved that the dual-core architecture can realize the Real-time gathering, effective compression, reliable transmission, active control of the Video image.The paper firstly introduces the basic construction, the overall project design and the function of the 3G NCS, and then elaborates the software and hardware designs and realizes of the NCS, finally gives the implementation scheme and the future research directions of the 3G wireless route.
