In front of disaster, the enterprise information system is very fragile. As more and more people have become to accustomed to working and living in a supportive environment based on IT systems, any critical information system interrupted or date loss will result in incalculable damage.How to ensure to minimize the loss of corporate data, risk and disaster loss will be reduced to the minimum level? It requires the establishment of disaster recovery system. The core of disaster recovery system is to use a variety of technologies and management tools to resolve a disaster in practice, there are mainly two aspects:one is to ensure the security of corporate data; the other is to ensure business continuity. Through running the same system on the work site and the disaster recovery site, including operating systems, basic database and application software, and through data replication to complete real-time complete local copy, or through fiber channel to complete the remote data replication, if the work site occurs a disaster, will not continue to work, then the disaster recovery center will resume business data to the standby server in time, and according to the process automatically or manually to switch the business date to the backup server, then complete business remote switching and restore the system running. achieving application Disaster Recovery in the Disaster Recovery Center, this process only takes a few minutes; base on it, business system need to switch back to a good restore production system base on requirement after the disaster.I worked for Siemens, which is the first one of the German DAX company come into the U.S stock exchange market. Meet all requirement of SOX cases, including the requirements of IT system business continuity. Every year, my owned department would audit SOX many times, review, and test the existing disaster recovery systems, and evaluate some mainstream disaster recovery, and storage technologies. Not only meet the most stringent requirements of SOX cases, and optimize the cost at the same time, lower the cost and human work, strengthen the ability of automation operation, to continually improve the level of operation.During system design process, need to further stratification for AAA financial system to achieved solving system of disaster recovery system by module, then system can be upgrade secondary when demand changed, System changes can reduce time and improve the maintainability.
