This article aims to understand the characteristics of the farmers listen to radio programs, methods and practices, to discuss the background of its formation, but also in-depth analysis of agricultural broadcasting for dissemination of our hardware state of the environment. Against our current agricultural production mechanism of radio, as well as the dissemination of the contents of the current agricultural programs, combined with the characteristics of mass communication and internal rules, to discuss the status of agriculture and radio programs, particularly our public television broadcast media, the agricultural setting, as well as the establishment of mechanisms and resource configuration, packaging and promotion of such links and thus to determine the planning of agricultural radio programs targeted direction.In this paper, a questionnaire survey and the Combination of literature, in Jilin Province conducted a questionnaire survey of rural research in the investigation and study can be found in the country's agricultural radio program distribution process, the rural radio listening groups and practitioners, there is a huge wrong and so on, which does not so state, resulting in most of our farm radio programs, were unable to find the appropriate audience, to listen to groups of farmers in the broadcast media can not get valuable information, listen to favorite programs. On the basis of the study, this paper presents the planning of agricultural radio program broadcast on agriculture spread effect. Placed emphasis on changing the concept of communicators will help adjust the agricultural radio programs and dissemination of the contents of the positioning, so that show, the audience recognized; attention to improving the agricultural radio production environment and mechanisms to enrich the form of radio programs, to effectively adjust the spread of the environment; establish an efficient operation of mechanisms to increase investment in the broadcasting hardware and strengthen the frequency of professional consciousness and focus on the overall frequency of brand packaging and other aspects, to enhance their professional effectiveness of the dissemination of agricultural broadcasting.
