The relation with Athlete's training and cardiac function is very close,Cardiogram not only can reflect the athletes' cardiac function, but also to a certain extent reflect the athletes' physical function.Making a real-time monitoring cardiac function of athletes In the movement can let coach understand the heart condition of Athletes,and making Effective guidance the training of athletes and minimize risk injury athletes.The purpose of this dissertation is to complete this task of designing a locomotor ECG diagnosis System. First, I finish design and debugging of a locomotor ecg amplifier circuit. Including AD620 preamplifier circuit, main amplifier circuit, bandpass filters circuit,50hz notch filter circuit and potential raising circuit. Then I complete the ecg data acquisition and wireless transmission system design.Then Denoising method of the locomotor electrocardiosignal are studied in this dissertation in the MATLAB environment. The biggest characteristic of locomotor ecg is having very serious noise pollution. once the denoising result is bad,we can't. continue the Follow-up of medical research. De-noising result of the traditional ecg denoising method and the threshold denoising method based on wavelet transform is bad.The integrated algorithm based on wavelet threshold denoising method and relevant principles,and the method of removing baseline drift base on wavelet decomposition and reconstruction method combined with EMD in this dissertation, is superior to other traditional methods on the locomotor electrocardiosignal'de-noising result.In addition,this dissertation realized peak of R wave positioning of locomotor ecg. In the traditional methods of peak of R wave positioning, the design of threshold value is more difficult, sensitive.And it has a low accuracy when the disturbance is more serious.And the methods of wavelet threshold and differential has good stability, high accuracy.At last, the paper summarizes the main points of this topic, and using the method of advantage, and puts forward some Suggestions to further work.
