Atmospheric boundary layer, that is, the atmosphere near the bottom of some of the ground. Any change on its temperature, pressure, humidity and other characteristics of climate will affect human life greatly. Therefore, to master its features and changes in the rules is particularly important. Low-sounding instrument as the atmospheric boundary layer parameters measuring instruments, in sending and receiving datas, processing, statistics, plays an important role.Against the demand on high-precision detection of low atmospheric and the disadvantages of the existing low-precision sounding equipment,which are low sensitivity, poor portability, and high power consumption,depending on new technology and electronic components , through comparison and verification programs, the paper provide a complete design ideas and solutions about the system of low-altitude sounding receiver.As the part of launch on Sounding instrument is limited by the power supply, portable, low-cost, and other conditions, so it should be simple and efficient .Therefore SAW resonator is used as a carrier signal generated circuit to get the ASK signal with stabile frequency and non-coding, the whole part of launch also will be at a relatively low cost. And due to the receiver is reuseable, so the design of portable and low-power will be focued on. The high sensitivity transceiver chip with AGC is used on the part of RF signal receiving, The mixed-signal ISP FLASH microcontroller and USB signal control module make up of the part of controling, the system will not only complete low-altitude precision measurement function, but also the completion of the data analysis by the software of the PC as well as communications, and through the PC application software to deal the parameters, as well as some other expansion of the application in receiving system.In this topic: CC1020 is the core transceiver chip, access to high-sensitivity receiver; C8051F320 is the controling chip, to complet the data processing and communications with the PC; the entire system uses a USB-powered ways to improve the portability. In this paper, its working principles and methods are analyzed, and the schematic and hardware circuits are given.
