To solve the energy problem and the environmental issues, the Solar Energy has been wildly used in the realm of dry ,but the further of the Solar Drying is nonlinear and Uncertainty of the model, which is not good for the efficiency and the effect of the Solar Drying. The Fuzzy control is a kind of the nonlinear control, With regard to the system which is uncertainty of the Mathematical model, the Fuzzy control can obtain the satisfying effect. This article designs a Solar Drying system which is based on the Fuzzy control, the system can control the temperature of the drying by adjusting the Speed of the Fans. and studied the hardware and software of the controlling system of the computer.The main content of this paper is listed as follows:1) Having designed the hardware of the Controlling System for Solar Drying which is centering on LPC2210.2) Having designed the two output and single input Fuzzy controller which is based on Fuzzy control for Solar Drying Controlling System.3) Having Developed a set of user interface through MGCG configuration. The function of the interface includes Real-time monitoring,historical data browsing etc. Having realized the communication between upper monitor and LPC2210.4) Having corrected data according to analog experiment to make the control exacter and achieve the expected target fast. The result of the experiment proves: this controlling method can improve the degree of automation, improve data accuracy effectively, offer controlling experiment data for the study of solar energy drying technology.
