With the more and more severe requirement of domestic and overseas safety supervision system in the mine, it has already become a hard and fast target to establish the integrated automation and digital mine. A novel kind of integrated automation system based on Field-bus and industrial Ethernet integrate each subsystem of mine, unitizes the information of environmental security and device status in the mine on the same system platform. Using the industry configuration software, the result realizes the optimal design of integrated automation system. Thus, a large scale and open distributed control system is built up to monitor, control and manage the global mine.The integrated automation system in the mine uses computer technology, communications technology and automatic control technology. Through the underground fiber optic transmission system and ground-LAN, the status of equipment operation and the information of down-hole environmental security are sent to the ground-based data center. After data mining, all kinds of real-time information can be showed on the monitoring center displayscreen and network terminal displayer. When potential failure and accident happens, the timely alarm and warning information can be revealed, and the monitoring system may offer the leaders some visual warnings suggestions to command and schedule fieldwork handily.Based on safety regulations of the modern integrated mine, the integrated automation mine in this paper avoids the information island in previous mine. The designing integrates each subsystem to the same network structure, realizes the centralized management and makes an aided emergency and rescue decision. At the same time, it can improve the overall system's scalability and maintenance convenience. In order to ensure the reliability and safety of the system, the production process network use redundant optical fiber transmission network structure. Combination of each subsystem's process requirements, the technology of PLC, Field-bus, Ethernet/IP and strong supervisory control configuration software is applied to realize the mine subsystems monitoring and interlocking control or remote measuring, remote communication and alarming.This mine integrated automation system chooses ControlLogix series controller, produced by Rockwell Automation Company, which adopts modular redundant structure, redundant ControlNet Field-bus control network model, Ethernet/IP platform of information reconstruction. The whole network model follows common industry protocol and producers/consumers communication mode. Thus, the network bandwidth is greatly improved, and the control network data can be transferred more effectively. RSView32 human-machine interface configuration software is used to configure the process flow of the different function subsystems in the paper. The application results show that this system can advance information sharing and guarantee real-time safety supervision and productive schedule of the whole mine.
