The WAP phone has many advantages,unrestricted with physical location,invulnerable to hackers. it is reported by Report on China Mobile Internet and 3G Users 2009 published by China Internet Network Information Center that the number of the WAP users have steadily increased to 18.1 billions until September 2009 . It is also found that about 36% people often visit work-site portal websites. Undoubtedly, it gives much support to the fact that the speed of information transfer means more than we expected.Due to the fact that the developing based wap Enterprise Content Management System is the management and display platform to achieve WAP resource, content, organization. The Lightweight Container Architecture is the first choise Architecture for small or medium system, the system using the Architecture to develop have many advantages such as stable performance, effective production, easy maintainnence, easy development, easy test and high portability.This paper analyzes the WAP content management planform Architecture on the basis of development, the detailed study on the WAP content develping, Architecture, client programming model. and in order to solve the low coupling between layers analyzes the WAP design theory and method of application, Proposes solutions based on Spring+Spring MVC+Ibatis architecture to achieve system architecture data processing and development mode. Combined with Ext Technology of Ajax applications, the technology without a full post back request for the data access server can reduce the program on the server-side access to the load and increase the system stability. Finally the actual project system in the Architecture of the application of an architecture verified that this architectur was loosely coupled and high cohesion and better performance.On this basis, the paper has a particular design and implementation. We will in detail describle the function of each module and the design of database in WAP platform system. The system is divided into background content management and wap front, WAP background content management consists of login/logout module, list serve management, items management, system management module, which are manage and orgnaize by administrators. The wap front includes the list of producter, items list, contents and so on. The WAP mobile can visit application on wireless network.
