Portable methane alarm device used more and more with the increasing emphasis of mine safety. Time-consuming of sending and receiving and the record inaccurated information are big problems on Coal Mine Safety.This paper designed and achieved preliminary Automatic Transceiver of Coal mine equipment based on RFID,Fingerprint and PLC. The function of the system included: Automatic sending instruments, Records of personnel and equipment information, Records of Sending and receiving information and so on.The system based on the C/S model, including the hardwares and softwares. Hardware system included Identification Module, Control Module of PC,PLC and Transport Module. Identification Module included identification of personnel and instruments. Personal identification based on fingerprint completed the read, storage of fingerprint data, and it used 1:1 and 1:N algorithm to complete dynamic query. This paper achieved the identification of instruments by using Omron V600, studied how to use the recognition module reading and writing the data and designed the related instruction. Control module of PC received the information of Identification Module and sent commands to the PLC module. PLC used free-port protocol and designed instruction format between PLC and PC and complete communication between the two. Achieved independent control of two motors through the inverter. Transport module used round warehouse storage and motor drive belt transmission.Software systems included Server and Client software design. Data was managed by the database server. Client completed sending control. Sever storaged data through Mysql. Server and Client used the software by using VB.Experimental results showed:System increased the efficiency of the sending of alarm instruments and completely record the information of alarm instruments sending and receiving.
