Research On The Strategic Transformation Of The Local Newspapers Of The Pearl River Delta

In the new century, with the rapid development of China's regional economy, China's local press newspapers stand on the new economic growth point. As an important part of the regional economy, the Pearl River Delta Regional Economic external environment and internal structural changes has brought new opportunities for the development of local newspapers of the Pearl River Delta. This article is based on the new competitive situation and analyzes the macro environment and industry environment of local newspapers of the Pearl River Delta, as well as the elements of internal resources, using the SWOT tool to analyze the advantages, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of the Pearl River Delta local newspapers for the system of induction. With specific cases, this article propose some group strategy, unit strategy, functional strategies and other aspects of the strategic transformation for the local newspapers of the Pearl River Delta.
