There are all data measurement and control problems in the intelligent instruments, signal processing and industrial automation fields.So it is often necessary for external temperature, pressure, flow, displacement and other analog to be collected.Data acquisition technology is a popular and useful electronic technology.which is widely used in signal detection,signal processing, instrumentation and other fields.In recent years, with the development of digital technology data collection techniques have also shown a development trend of higher speed, more channels and larger amount of data.This paper aims to study a multi-channel data acquisition system with TMS320F2812 processor,USB-interface, which contains a hardware circuit module and software design modules.Hardware modules mainly are used for the processing, collection and transmission of 32-channel analog signal;Software module is mainly responsible for receiving data, saving data, the oscilloscope display and signal control.Firstly, the hardware is designed with the amplification, filtering function 32-channel analog signal acquisition board.The acquisition board is based on TMS320F2812 as the core.It adopted the external expansion interface XINTF outside the extended 16-bit AD-chip,8-bit D/A chips, two 8-bit FIFO chips.It achieved high-precision A/D converter, D/A converter, FIFO reading and writing, USB transfer and other functions.At the same time.It raises the amount of input and output about serial port and switch modules.Logically it is based on LATTICE company's ispLSI1032E as the core.And it achieves the A/D acquisition, D/A output, and FIFO read and write the timing control signals about FIFO reading and writing.Secondly, the next-bit computer software program is completed by using C language;and the Host Computer software was developed by Borland's Delphi visual programming environment to design the complete human-machine interface.So it achieves many functions including the DSP and PC-USB-serial communication,saving the text about the testing data, the oscilloscope of 32-channel data displaying with bar graph, signal conditioning and so on.After the various parts of the system design is completed, the debugging of the various parts is also finished later.From the results of the debugging we can view:the system is reliable and it has high control precision and good performance. moreover its operation is also easv...
