Design Of The Simulation Training System Of The Metro OCC Traffic Dispatcher

As the nervous central of the subway line, the Operation Control Center (OCC) is the command center of the centralized operation. The traffic dispatcher, power dispatcher, environmental dispatcher control the traffic organization, power supply and environmental conditions in OCC. So, it plays a crucial role in security operations.As the rapid development of the China's urban rail construction, the demand of dispatchers increased significantly. And the traditional approach to training is hard to address the contradiction between the needs and the supply of a large number of dispatchers. So develop an OCC dispatcher simulation training system is an important way to resolve the problem.OCC traffic dispatcher simulation training system is an important part of the whole OCC dispatcher simulation training system. OCC traffic dispatcher simulation training system will provide strong support for the traffic dispatcher training. This fill will discuss the design of the simulation training system.For the realization of the training function for the OCC traffic dispatcher, traffic dispatcher simulation training system will be divided into subsystem and function modules, according to the characteristics of simulation training system and based on the understanding of the dispatcher's training contents, we will begin with the realize of the dispatcher training needs in this paper. Then introduce the simulation training system's structure.The simulation process of the teachers subsystems, students subsystems, servers and other subsystems will be introduced, including the set of failure, multi-service coordination simulation design and other functions of the implementation process. In addition, the computer interlocking system, ATC (Automatic Train Control) logic function modules of the simulation, database access techniques are discussed. HLA (High Level Architecture) is used as an effective solution of interoperability and reusability. This paper describes the system implementation process based on the HLA.Compared with the previous simulation training system, the OCC traffic dispatcher simulation training system has not only realized the function logic simulation and the operating environment simulation. As a part of the whole OCC dispatcher simulation training system, the OCC traffic dispatcher simulation training system is no longer confined to the realization of simulation and training of the traffic dispatcher, but taking the connection with other simulation training subsystems as the target. Though the connection with other subsystems, it can realize Joint training and simulation exercises of more links of the metro operation. This will make a solid foundation to form an integrated operation simulation platform.
