In recent years, adverse drug events, such as the "Qi Er Yao" Counterfeit Event, "Xin Fu" Drug Accidents, Shanghai Hua Methotrexate Accident, and so on, have occurred frequently, which have posed great threat to the life and safety of citizens. To tackle these problems, the national authority has increased drug supervisions by improving the drug supervision system and medicine detection technology.To reduce drug adverse events and reactions, insure drug safety and the healthy development of domestic medical economics, the ministry of science and technology has listed the project of establishing and improving some imperative technologies of drug supervision and inspection as one of the major projects of the national Eleventh Five-year Research Program, which has provided a strong support for the development of drug inspection technologies.Based on the above background this paper utilizes Anylogic version 6.5.0 to build the system dynamics simulation model of the tacking system for drug information. The study concentrates on the following:(1) The paper proposes the concept of the drug information tracking system model based on the analysis of the drug information system and the drug supply chain in our country at present, which applies the theory on the logistics system and discrete event systems simulation.(2) To study the coding scheme and put forward the encoding rules introduced into the model; this paper elaborates the information to be recorded in the database and the recording mode.(3)To build the system dynamics simulation model of the tacking system for drug information using Anylogic and to do demonstration and instructions on the simulation results.
