The article is about modeling and simulation of the discrete event system based on controlled petri nets. With the complication of the control system, conventional methods are not able to describe the discrete event system (DES) perfectly. There is a suit of experimental logistics system in the lab, which is a typical DES. Considering the characters of the experimental logistics system ,which contains quite many controlled points and relatively complicated control process , the article defines a kind of controlled petri net (CPN) , discusses the methods of conflict resolution in detail .CPN has extended from the ordinary petri net, which is convenient for us to study the control problem of the system under the common sense. CPN technique is used to model the system, which could not only resolve a series of coordination, competition and subsequent events existed in the system perfectly but also avoid conflicts effectively.As we all know, Simulink is usually used for Simulation of Continuous-Variable Dynamic Systems (CVDS), or for DES combined with Stateflow. The article uses MATLAB/Simulink simvilates DES will have very important significance. We build the model of the system for the second time with its CPN model. The images on the GUI as the result of Simulation can exhibit the work status of the system intuitively. What's more, we can also validate the correctness of the model by displaying the working schedule about each part of the system.The idea of optimization have already embodied in the process of building the system model, which is the basic materialization about optimization. Modify the control policy to approach the going of the practical system and design arithmetic optimization will be the emphases for the further reseach.
