| As the important logistics equipment in modern automation warehousing, AGV is epitome of modern technological development. It integrates mechanical design, computer design, automation design, and can achieve flexible production mode, so AGV is widely used automobile manufacture, tobacco production, printing etc... But with technical increasingly progressing, the demands from people increasingly is becoming manifold not only just its basic using function, people also raised higher requirements for its pleasant, environmental, usability, security etc. the combination of technology and art has become inevitable.Now art design theory is mostly applied consumer industry, as industrial logistics equipment, arts intervention on it markedly lag, and this leads the obvious disjointed of technology and art. This article analyzes the current situation of AGV at first, and concluded the shortcomings in AGV design. Research on AGV now focus on the technical aspects, and the art design is not well integrated into the design to reflct the beauty; As mobile logistics equipment ,its safety is very important, but now the design of security is not from a human point of view to consider its safety feeling; The prompt function of product model and color is not used well. How to use AGV is delivered by way of description and communication , but it is not conducive to master the mode of operation and respond to emergency situations .Common law has the guiding sense to AGV design. This thesis analyzes AGV design from the following aspects, which includes the functionality, the aspect on art obeying technique and science providing space for art design, the restricting action of economic factors. The function of AGV includes walking, load and unload and so on, which belongs to material function, and the form beauty and amenity belonging to the spiritual function. AGV material function can be true by the turning technique, control technique and safety avoid technique. Using the rules of aesthetics and the form beauty can realize the spiritual function. All of AGV function depend on it's structure, and the structure decides the form of AGV. The product technology is decided by the material and manufacture of AGV. The green design, sensibility design and module design have already been accepted by people, the cast is applied to design is also the trend of AGV design. However, if AGV is put to production and made the real application, we need consider the condition of economic factors, the economic cost restricts the function, technology approach choosing and production form of AGV.In AGV design, the technology and art exist simultaneously, they are not only compatible, but also conflicted. The technique and art together satisfy the function of AGV instead of parts of the human transportation, but there exists the conflict between the form design and the frame design level, and between the material design and the arts on surface machining.AGV form design, functional design and structural design is the three main aspects of AGV. This thesis studies the relationship among these three aspects, and then studies how to make AGV form, function and structure to achieve unity. AGV shape design not only follows its own function, but also from product styling, colors, language to prompt function, enables the operator to easily understand the product physical properties and operation manner by product style. The AGV design firstly must satisfy the static balance, dynamic balance and reliability design requirements, and through parts set, light and dark line design, color design to achieve visual balance. On the basis of satisfying the function, by simplify and restructuring, AGV can make innovation and realize the true unity of the form, function and structure.AGV design should follow the law of people-oriented because human needs is fundamental of AGV design, and the article elaborates human-centered design of AGV with three aspects ,and they are this conceptual model from the operator, create a sense of security, improve ease of AGV interface using. Conceptual model of consumers is the basic principle of people-oriented thought, and the AGV design of the functional selection, user interface design, color design, a sense of security design should follow the operator's aesthetic, operational practices, such as mental experience. AGV design can give people secure, stable, comfortable and psychological feelings through isolated package, the art processing of solid structure, simple, technical protection methods. Art designer can improve the product's ease of use to make operator use conviently through the establishment of the correct mental model, separation of "figure" and "ground" , timely and accurate feedback mechanism and the state of the action and display methods ,.Art design is possible to put into production concept after market, cost and structure of the technology is flexible. The article analyzes market factors including both operators and enterprises. AGV's production costs include R & D costs, material usage costs, processing costs and the cost of purchased components, so this should be taken into account in the design. AGV structure is restricted by materials and basic components'technical parameters, and the realization of form relies on the processing technology, these determine the artistic vision can be produced at last. |
