An Analysis Of Influencial Factors Of Clicks And Replies Of BBS's Threads

As an important part of internet media,BBS enables people from all corners of the world who share the same interest to communicate with each other.The communication features of BBS information have been capturing so much attention,and clicks and replies of BBS thread have been studied from qualitative or technological perspectives.However, so far, there is no detailed analysis of the causes of clicks and replies.lt is because there exist too many factors which may cause the clicks and replies.What's more,not every factor always exist or changes regularly,which make it difficult to calculate them accurately.This paper is trying to dig out the factors which may cause the clicks and replies.The study takes the BBS threads of Talking on education in Sohu Forum as study subject.After fixing some influencial factors,this paper attempts to figure out as many influencial factors as possi ble.These factors reflect the features of BBS's threads from different perspectives.Those factors also exist as variables.After doing that,from the perspectives of quantitative and qualit ative study, the paper begins to explore the influential factors of the clicks and replies.The study is based on the statistic results and relative theories of Communication,Psychology and Literature,such as cultivation theory,Gestalt Principles of Perception,response-inviting struc-ture.This paper attempts to explore influential causes of the clicks and replies. Standing on the shoulders of forerunners, this further exploration is expected to be a reference to successors.
