Various malfunctions take place in turbo machinery, a kind of rotating machine with features of structural complexity, load instability and close connection with producing process, which severely jeopardize production, so Assuring turbo machinery to function reliably and economically has great significance to factories. The institute of turbine and fluid engineering of Dalian University of Technology has dedicated to the research of turbo machinery performance evaluation system, accumulating lots of successful project cases and experiences. Turbo machinery performance evaluation system operates as a Windows executable software based on thermodynamic parameters diagnosis skills application in turbo machinery, with the ability of calculating expected or actual performance and exposing work status in real time, which provide operators with scientific information of maintenance for turbo machinery. In this paper, on the basis of successful project cases, this research is divided as four phases:data access phase, working fluid thermodynamic properties computation phase, turbo machinery performance calculation and analysis phase, data of results handling phase. During each phase, six modules are built up applying the object-oriented technology with the help of C# programming language and.NET Framework:physics value module, data collecting module, working fluid thermodynamics properties computation module, characteristic cure fitting and plotting module, directed un-circle graph packing performance calculation module, data serialization and deserialization module. Using DLL skills, each module enjoys high reusability in different projects to improve project development progress and accuracy. On the other hand, owning to the necessary interfaces opened, modules will be more and more powerful as their uses in the future projects.Meanwhile, thanks to the highly encapsulations, modules application would commit beyond the field of turbo machinery, and five of them has been employed for the research of calculation of auxiliary machine fluid energy dissipation at the result of highly appreciation.
