The contemporary world economy is being used by the industrial age into the information age, computer multimedia technology, fiber optic and satellite communications technology is characterized by the wave of information technology is sweeping the world. Modern information technology is to penetrate the field of agriculture, new agricultural technologies in the coming revolution in the process, information technology will rise to a more important position. The past 20 years, information technology development and application in agriculture to make the world a new breakthrough in agriculture.Along with the sound development of China's national economy, businesses continue to enhance the technical level, the state began a large-scale electronic information industry, promote the use of the work. With the agricultural structure adjustment and the development of efficient ecological agriculture, agricultural information services, the manner of and demand for new changes have taken place, the new e-commerce that the emergence of new things, is also changing trading patterns of agricultural products, in such circumstances speed up the development of agriculture e-commerce has become an inevitable requirement.This paper studies and discusses the existing agricultural information platform based on the use of J2EE technology development sub-issues related to electronic transactions. Through e-commerce technical means to build online third-party electronic trading system for intra-group companies, business partners and customers of third-party market, suppliers, buyers and end-users to provide comprehensive course of dealing between the services. For the information needs of agriculture, a combination of JSP, Servlet development tools, SQL Server 2000 database, SQL Server 2000 JDBC driver, to design and implement a set of typical sense of the electronic trading system. The system is the improvement of electronic transactions under the premise they will try to take into account agricultural information platform with the overall coordination of security in terms of strategy, management, security, IT security, data security, etc., etc. have also done the appropriate work.Agriculture electronic information technology is one for agricultural information collection, transmission, exchange, analysis and processing, processing and utilization of the integrated technology which base on electronics, computer technology, communication technology, artificial intelligence technology, control technology are it's core technology. It has a practical, stable, fast, accurate, timely and so on. Agricultural information technology started in the agricultural information service system. The province has completed the planning of agricultural information service synchronize the physical networks and organizational networks, cultivated for agriculture information service management team, technical team and member of Team Rural Information, developed and integrated four types of Agriculture, province, domestic and international information resources, Information Resources listed the forefront in China.As the circulation of agricultural products market system is lagging behind, especially because of occlusion of market information, trading methods are backward, resulting in volatile markets for agricultural products, farmers and related businesses "buy hard" and "difficulty in selling" problem has not been effectively addressed. Under the global economy, markets for agricultural products in China face unprecedented opportunities and challenges, global markets are gradually formed, Agricultural products market is facing increasingly heavy domestic and foreign competition, peer pressure,especially corn, soybeans and other special varieties, more has been an unprecedented impact on the market, recent year, dramatic changes in the domestic soybean market, but is no longer a precise description of the problem. Therefore, agriculture put forward higher requirements to the understanding and communication of agricultural information. This means that agriculture and e-commerce will help rural and international practice.This system is an electronic trading subsystem of an agricultural information platform whose basic task is to set up a network environment for remote electronic transactions for platform users.the paper is divided into five chapter: Chapter 1 is introduction, mainly to introduct Why the question of this article is raised, and the status of domestic and international developments in the field, Research content of this article. Chapter 2 is information platform system overview and requirements analysis. Chapter 3 is software design summary of electronic trading subsystem. Chapter 4 is software detail design of electronic trading subsystem. Chapter 5 is software coding, testing and maintenance of electronic trading subsystem.For this porpuse, a requirements analysis of subsystem is done, the project's overall design principles is proposed according to the system function of the program. Require the system during the design process should have the characteristics of high-performance, security, support heterogeneous data sources, rapid response, enough bandwidth, scalability. For the system data, request includes foundational and business information, program information, and statistical information,and includes dynamic data and static data.When the subsystem summary design was proposed, the technical indicators of electronic trading subsystem, the interface indicators of electronic trading subsystem, the functional indicators of electronic trading subsystem is considered first, good connection between electronic trading subsystem and logistics management subsystem is strongly considered at the same time.The interface function design of electronic trading subsystem includes customer relationship management module, website trading module and supply chain management module.The back-office function design of electronic trading subsystem includes account management, products management, order query and monitoring, funds query and monitoring, announcement information management, message information management.When date structure design was proposed, the following date teble is designed: product information table, user information table, user type table, action record table, trade record table, announcement table and message table.System uses the J2EE runtime environment, using Tomcat server as the development environment configuration, Using the popular three-tier architecture, with JSP, Servlet, JavaBeans and other technology as the main tool development and design, Microsoft SQL Server 2000 database as the database server.After completed the electronic trading subsystem software development and design, the code on this subsystem carried out the necessary tests, at the same time, a number of necessary maintenance requirements are made.For various reasons, so far, the development and design work for agricultural information platform is far from complete, and very likely to face large-scale changes and upgrades to meet higher requirements, so, the contents of this article reflected now is just a phase.In the future research work will continue to learn, so that the system can be futher improved.
