The high-current power amplifier is the main parts of field excitation equipment and many utilities equipment.In the high current case,we always use the array of power devices to meet the demand.So,it's worthy to study the power device arrays and its self flow equAlization and protection.This project is posted from the Nanjing Hydraulic Research Institute,The main purpose is to promote the output current of old power amplifier to 30A/channel and to change the current sum protection to self flow equAlization and protection.The new power amplifier we designed in this projected mainly includes the array of power BJT,the driver,multi-channel data acquisition system,the MCU MSP 430F 1611,the advanced methods of data processing and the PID controller with multiple input and output.The power amplifier takes the power BJT BUV 22 arrays as ouput device and takes the MSP 430F1611 as the core of controller to realize the self flow equAlization and protection. We also designed and simulated the seven main parts of the system:the output arrays of 6 power BJT BUV 22,the current source controlled by the voltage with output range from 0mA to 500mA,the current sensing circuit which can bear 10A current,the temperature sensing circuit with detecting range from-20℃to 120℃,the 16Bits resolution data acquisition system wim 16 channels,the 8Bits resolution DACs with 8 channels and the PID controller with multiple inputs and outputs.The main realization of the controller is the software design,we used TI's IAR Embedded Workbench V3.42 to develop the MSP 430F1611.We designed many software modules to serve the every peripheral.At last,We simulated the PID controller and selected the most satisfying parameters of the controller.The results of simulations and tests show that the design is reasonable,every module works well.This design sets the seal on the practical usage.
