Beijing Changcheng Institute of Metrology & Measurement undertakes the examination of the measurement department of Beijing and all over the country every year, it used to concentrate on several test center of Beijing. First the teacher will raise several questions about the important, difficult parts which are easy to make mistake to the candidates, and then the candidates will do the practical operating.There are some disadvantages of physical examination in the past, Mainly in the following areas:Time for serial examinations is very long;The actual cost of test equipment is very expensive ,in the examination process some misuse of the students may cause equipment damage, or even scrapped;It is easy to cheat and will lose the fairness of test. Therefore the design for the examination system of computer simulation of the actual operation is needed, so that the students finish the test with computer operation, which also reached the purpose of the assessment in order to avoid the unnecessary time and economic loss.The whole system is called the Computer Examination System of the Institute of Metrology & Measurement; the basic functions of the system to be completed include the following components:The examination for theoretical part;Exam productions– produce maintenance and select questions; Exam choice– generate exam;The performance of the exam–the interface can be different; Test score - conclusions, statistical scores;In this paper, through the project background, requirements analysis methods and tools, system architecture and design, data storage system design, system implementation and other coding work, the Computer Examination System of the Institute of Metrology & Measurement is completed; finally this system will put to practical application and achieved very good results.Through the description of the project background, I will explain the source of the project and what problems the system is to solve, determine the system's objectives, scope and boundaries of the system.On the needs analysis methods and means described, the system through use cases to describe the system requirements, the project needs to access and the demand analysis tools; in the requirements analysis phase, through the analysis of the system's logical structure, and then completed the business use cases, system use case diagram, and confirm the functions of the system which need to be developed.Describe the physical structure and logical structure with system architecture and design, the technology used to guide how the coding system is implemented, in the design process of the computer examination system; through analysis of the business process of the system, conceptual model and abstract interfaces of the system is designed. In the data model design process, XML file is used on the data storage of the computer examination systemMethod of implementation of the system describes the implementation details of various functions in the coding phase, how the needs of the system are transferred into an executable program. Comprehensive use of .Net and C # language in the encoding process, combined with Maya, 3dsMax, flash and other technology, simulation tests of the actual operation, the program code is finally transferred into the system.In this paper, with computer simulation of the actual measurement operation, figurative representation of the actual examination process is achieved The Computer Examination System of the Institute of Metrology & Measurement is a system with the use of Maya, 3dsMax 3D authoring tools, flash animation presentation, with C # programming language, XML storage methods. The Computer Examination System of the Institute of Metrology & Measurement has follows Features:1. Full-featured, easy to use, friendly interface, can completely replace the practical operation of the original examination;2. In the software development phase, emphasis on early data collection, good communication between teachers and examiners, specifically the knowledge points of the test centers, visualization interface performance of the test points;3. System integration and software framework with advanced science. According to business needs the whole exam will be divided into different test points, the hierarchy of the system is clear, and easy for later maintenance;4. Use a Microsoft-based. NET Framework frame structure integrated C # application development tools, allowing the system to a more complex integration.As a system architect of The Computer Examination System of the Institute of Metrology & Measurement, I take part in the system design and implementation. Good results are achieved with object-oriented design in the architecture and design process, skilled design patterns, system scalability, reusability nature focused, the open - closed principle followed.The project of the Computer Examination System of the Institute of Metrology & Measurement lasts for ten months, finally the development of computer examination system and on-line operation is completed to solve the drawbacks of the current examination and good results are achieved.
