More and more food safety incidents occurred in recently years such as Melamine, Poisonous rice, Sudan, Toxic milk.In addition to the government has increased supervision of food manufacturers,"how can more efficient and accurate composition of the food poisoning was detected within"will be the area where State to dedicate and develop. Usually we use MS instruments to do food and composition analysis of pesticide Residues.But our State Currently almost no ability to produce MS instruments. All of the MS detection equipment was imported from abroad. The development of standards in a variety of testing both controlled by others in addition to high cost.It's urgent to development our MS instruments.This issue used stepper motor to enable fixpump.And design the automatic control system and HMI in computer.At first,this paper give a brief introduction for MS instrument include its definition and development trends.Based on the analysis in the process,setting up the correspondence between chemical detection process and the mechanical movement of motor parts.And use the AVR MEGA16 as the core to design the automatic control circuit include motor drive circuit, serial communication circuit, limit switch circuit, AD sampling circuit, the HMI circuit.Design the HMI software under .NET frame. Through the graphical operations and set, through the serial port and lower control circuit communication and Under the control of intelligent digital control circuit in accordance with the analysis of flow motion in computer.The experiment proved that the necessary equipment to complete the work properly.
