In recent years, along with widely application of new technologies, Chinese economy has developed stupendously. And meanwhile, the energy crisis and environment pollution are growing, conflicts among them cause for more and more widespread concern and attention, and it is the urgently needed to solve this problem in order to achieve energy-economy-environment (referred to as 3E) sustainable development. To resolve multiple data sources and multi-objective decision-making problems on 3E sustainable development study, we need to quantitatively analyze the complex relationship among energy, economy and environment, Therefore, according to the actual situation in Beijing, and on the basis of 3E index system and 3E-based data warehouse, this paper studies an approach of applying the online analytical processing (OLAP) and prediction and early-warning technology to 3E sustainable development decision support platform. Choose Analysis Service as the OLAP server and integrates its functions into the client. By constructing the decision support model library of 3E sustainable development platform, we realized the automatic choice of predict and early warning methods by using the intelligent technology, and provides a reliable basis and support for researchers and policy makers to better study on Beijing 3E sustainable development.
