The job of universities educational administration manages sometimes is the standard of universities'level of running a school. To develop a high-effect educational management system becomes an urgent mission. Design and realize a set of WEB-based universities educational management system combining the characters of universities'developing and the requirements of the times.Firstly, this thesis analyses the teaching jobs of universities and summarize the necessity and feasibility of developing system.
