With 70s of the 20th century computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and other technologies appealing, computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) has been widely used in disease diagnosis, but most these medical devices can only provide two-dimensional CT images inside the body. Doctors with experience can only estimate the size and shape of lesions by two-dimensional image, lesion and surrounding tissue to imagine three-dimensional geometry. The treatment is very difficult.Three-dimensional reconstruction from medical images is a multi-disciplinary subject. It is an important application of computer graphics and image processing in biomedicine engineering. It relates to the subjects of digital image processing, computer graphics and some related knowledge of medical. three-dimensional reconstruction and visualization of medical images are widely used in diagnostic, surgery planning and simulating, plastic and artificial limb surgery, radiotherapy planning, and teaching in anatomy. Study on 3D reconstruction from medical images has important significance on science and worthiness in practical application.China's current three-dimensional reconstruction in medical research has been accumulating more. However, the precision of the three-dimensional reconstruction still be improved.In this paper, three-dimensional reconstruction of medical CT image precision will be discussed. Based on Mimics, medical image-processing software and Magics, STL data processing software, spiral CT data will be constructed by different thresholds, and the results will be compared. On this basis, taking the maxillary CT images as an example, the accuracy of the reconstruction will be showed by comparing different threshold contour reconstruction and the scanning contour of the model; on basis of MATLAB image processing toolbox, through the integrated study of the advantages and disadvantages of various image processing techniques, a new two-dimensional image processing modular based on medical CT model will be established; then using the image processing mode, deal with the aforementioned CT image; the model accuracy analysis will be exhibited by comparing with the accuracy of reconstruction of the previous model; using MATLAB GUI user interface development tools, a CT image processing user interface system is developed based on the previous image processing model development of CT image processing user interface; then, an application examples with the system is given. By comparing the measured profile and the corresponding model contour similarity, respectively, discussed the Mimics, MATLAB model of three-dimensional reconstruction of the accuracy, precision analysis recommended under the threshold in a reasonable range of three-dimensional reconstruction model for the choice of reference.This paper is an improvement research based on the existing methods of three-dimensional reconstruction, which involves some basic knowledge about medical and computer graphics. Because of the time, the model accuracy standard of the 3D reconstruction, image processing system user-friendly and complement are not be discussed. Only show some key issues for reference.
