The Design And Implement Of Jigang HR System Based On Struts Framework

Many human resource management software systems have been developed during the past few years. However, most of them do not match the requirement of the practical application. This dismatch can be concluded into following aspects: weak resource integration, weak sustainablility and extendability, lack of support to open standards, heterogeneous data problems. Based on the MVC architecture and Apache Struts, this thesis attempts to design and develop a novel human resource management system, which matchs the requirement of Jigang co. Ltd, and has strong data exchange fuction, extendability, and easy mantaining.At the beginning, this thesis explains the current situation of Jigang human resource management system, makes function-requirement analysis with the aid of user-case diagram, and introduces the main non-fuction requirements of the system. To perform those requriments, this thesis explores the method of web application development based on MVC mode. Both the advantage/disadvantage and the developing process are well descriped.To evaluate and verify the proposed method of web application development based on Struts, this thesis introduces the developing procedure and source code of Jigang human resource management system. The development and application of this system proved the feasibility and advanced nature of this method, which can help us to rapidly develop high quality software. Meanwhile, the using of MVC and Struts in Jigang HR system developing separates business model and view. The using of controller which recalls view and model improves developing efficiency and quality and provides convenient for later test and maintenance.
