Whether traditional industry or emerging industry, the construction of informationization have been carried out everywhere, and the informationization is also imperative due to the characteristics of logistics information. The Eleventh layout in five years has put the informationization of logistics on the agenda, and this is a sign of accelerated development of modern logistics. Therefore, it is necessary to building logistics information system, which can help enterprises to acquire competitive advantage based rapid, accurate, timely and comprehensive logistics information.However, from the results and benefits of using information systems, information systems did not achieve the expectation intended. During the process of the construction of informationization of logistics, there are much logistics information, which is the one of most important resources in the enterprises. But many enterprises built information system for the sake of one part problem, the isolated information system render information sharing in low degree, result in the barrier in the information flowing of designing, production and management, form a lot of "information islands", can not be integrated into a whole, make the many existing logistics information system mismatch the enterprises business, greatly hinder the development of logistics enterprises. There is no meticulous information resource planning from the view of professional and enterprises, lack of systematic program and information standard, it causes serious waste of information resources, and play little of effectiveness of informationization investment. Therefore, information resource planning of enterprises is the core mission of the construction of informationization of logistics. Planning of logistics information resources is not only the starting point of informationization of logistics, but also the ending point of it.This paper conducts requirement analysis and system modeling after the introduction of information resources planning theory in logistics information system, analyzes and builds basic data plat, which is the most fundamental and important part of logistics information system, illustrated it with designing basic data plat of warehouse information system from the perspective of whole system. It also implements the real effectiveness, accuracy, reliability, and no redundancy of data, builds controllable and maintainable database, which is safe, efficient, reliable, high-available, establishes unified, standard and stable basic data plat, which is fundamental to logistics information system and supportive to high-level application of logistics information technology.
