With the declining of hardware cost and the higher degree of embedded-system's popularity, the touch screen has presently become the main input equipment in public situations. It is taking place of traditional input equipments such as the keyboard and the mouse because of the convenient visual characteristics. Furthermore, it is firm, has quick response and can save space, which ensure touch screen a broader application future. However, most current touch screen systems have much cost of both software and hardware, and movement uneasiness when operated. Both weaknesses restrict the application of touch screen. In this paper, an embedded comprehensive medium wireless touch screen system is designed according to the specific requirements of meeting rooms and houses. The touch screen server computer and the client computer are designed separately. The user touches the screen which sends orders through the wireless communication technique to the client computers which executes the relevant functions, such as recording the meeting, opening the lights, and broadcasting the medium. The whole system realizes operations of all equipments from just one touch tip.In the design, both the server computer and the client computers are explored on the embedded system so that the hardware resources can be applied to the most extent; besides, the open-source QT is chosen to be...
