As a way of improving teaching skills, micro-teaching made us good progress in pre-vocational education and training of teacher since it was first introduced to China in 1980s. The rapid development of information technology provides a new opportunity for traditional micro-teaching system. This paper analyzes the problems that exit in the existing micro-teaching system, proposes to use Podcasting to build a network of learning environment for improving system efficiency. To make up for existing deficiencies in micro-teaching lessons, this paper proposed application of micro-teaching mode which is based Podcasting, and on this basis to build a learning platform through which to enhance communication and interaction between teachers and students, to stimulate learning interest, to enable students to master the teaching skills and to enhance teaching ability in continually practice and introspection. The article is divided into six chapters:the first chapter introduces the main outlines, research purpose and significance, research ideas and approach. Theoretical basis for the second chapter of the text is defined for the relevant concepts and theoretical basis. The third chapter for the application mode is combined with the actual situation of micro-teaching, exploring Podcasting applications in micro-teaching in the feasibility; and on this basis, constrcting a micro-teaching mode. The fourth chapter is to design and construct a platform based Podcasting, and to achieve and display the various functional modules. The fifth chapter is to analyze the application of the platform. The sixth chapter summarizes the paper, and come up with the problems and the next step of the research work. The study shows that application of Podcasting achieves some results. The platform not only improves the teaching skills of the students, but also improves the students' learning initiative.
