With the rapid development of modern mobile devices and the great improvement of the processing ability with complex information, P2P applications and mobile computing are gradually integrated. The efficiency of information sharing in P2P systems has been further proved in the mobile environment. The information exchange in mobile P2P (MP2P) is very convenient. Meanwhile, how to ensure the information security of mobile data services becomes one of most factors in the MP2P study. Therefore, to ensure the information security in applications based on MP2P, we should pay more attention on information accession and data services.JXME is a platform of mobile P2P applications and constructed by a set of protocols. It is independent with programming language, systems and networks. In this paper, we do the following works based around JXME platform, the mobile P2P application and secure communications:1. We first study the development of mobile P2P situation, then point out the major problems of mobile P2P and the main factors constraining its development;2. We introduce the core protocol of JXME and describe the detailed aspects of the connection process of JXME;3. By analyzing the functional requirements, we design a secure mobile P2P network model based on hybrid P2P network structure. Then, we propose a security solution for this model based on WPKI authentication and AES/RC4+ECC hybrid encryption;4. We construct a secure mobile P2P network system based on the JXME platform, and test the model in a practical network environment. Experimental results show that our model not only meet the basic requirement of the mobile P2P applications, but also maintain a high security level.In this paper, we present a secure mobile P2P network system based on hybrid encryption and JXME. And we also provide a security solution for the secure communications of mobile P2P. Our work is a useful attempt to develop safety P2P applications on mobile devices.
