The problem of angle match for the diffraction efficiency of the Acousto-optic Q-Switch in DPL is discussed. Theoretical study of the distribution of the divergence angle in both the sound and optical field, as well as the efficiency of Bragg diffraction, via Fourier transform is presented. The diffraction efficiency is not only in connection with the divergence angle in sound and optical field, but also with the frequency of sound-field, the length of transducer and the incident angle.For more accurate analysis of relation between the application effectiveness of the Acousto-optic Q-Switch and the parameter of the resonator, A further study is carried out to investigate the distribution of incident angle in different resonant cavity,when laser is running in the fundamental-mode and every lower-level-mode.To improve the stability of Acousto-optic Q-Switch, the relation between the variation of incident angle and the diffraction efficiency, as well as the changing rate in given type of resonant cavity when the incident angle deviated from Bragg angle is studied. Besides, different lengths of transducer corresponding to very dynamic range of incident angle in the condition of Acousto-optic Q-Switch fulfill the need of minimum diffraction efficiency is finally investigated.
