This paper is a study on the emission of radar system simulation. Development of a laser diode-pumped electro-optic Q- swithed Nd: YAG laser, designed and processed a beam expander to meet the requirement of experiment. Testing of the electro-optic Q-laser performance parameters , and for the self-designed nine times the Laser Beam Expander to conduct a joint test with the laser.In the electro-optical crystal crystal pressure is 1405V, Q-delay under 170μs when the injection current is 75A, 1KHz frequency and pulse width 15ns laser output can be received, then dynamic and static compared with more than 50%, peak power to reach MW class. Beam expander carried out on the loss measurements, the loss rate was only 13%.Divergence angleθ/2 measured through the laser beam expander is about 1°, meet theimaging field goal for 2°×2°.And provides a good beam quality laser output to the Laser simulation radar receiver part. |
