Research And Application On Software Quality Assurance Method About Software Outsourcing

With the high-speed development of software outsourcing enterprises, software has becoming more and more important in our life. Software quality is software life, Therefore, how to improve software quality is the most important issue that our software outsourcing enterprises are facing. This paper focused on analyzing the quality features of the Japanese outsourcing, started with the requirements for software outsource quality and combined with the Hitachi's project team management experience. From Japanese outsourcing software development process, this paper proposed a measurable method of the changing demand, to realize the effective management of the changing demand. In the actual software development process, software project strictly accorded with software quality assurance methods,and improved the existing unit tests, to improve the quality of the programming codes.This paper established the system framework of the Maintainable procedure , and further carried out software quality management and control, better improved software process, so as to control the progress of the software development process and improve software product quality.
