With a significantly increase of commodity trading volume in China, rail transports run in the overload in the long-term. So the accident that rail transports works happen continuously status. And there are many defects that hydraulic control of traditional railway rescue crane: slow operation, mechanical loss in the long-time and poor maintenance. It is very difficult in rescue. Therefore, we must adopt advanced control system.Based on study and research on various safety monitoring systems of domestic and foreign railway cranes, the design will achieve communication that apply CAN bus with control module. Application CoDeSys soft write program into EPEC2023 and EPEC2024, which could monitor system real time. And this is a convenient method to simplify the process of debugging. It can accomplish general task. In addition to improved functions, advanced level and higher reliability of the system, through this program could adjust the balance of four legs that railway rescue crane. According to different tasks, there are many kinds of legs conditions to be employed. Besides it can adjust the length of heavy rail in the different circumstance. And it would enable presses to optimize to simply operator work. Moreover there are limit switches install into mechanical components, which realize limit protection them. This design will plan to achieve purposes on the basis of the above points. Thus, the railway rescue crane could be able to stable and timeless work under harsh environments. After that a kind sensors of system takes data that measuring to calculate and judge from nods, the Operational Results is send to monitor in the room where operator want to work. The operator could do corresponding action through data on the monitor real time.The design can achieve the coercion, by using CoDeSys write program into EPEC controller in railway rescue crane. The system is incorporating not only normal functions like measuring, controlling and warning for out of limits, but also simple operation. This is a high security at work. Thus, the railway rescue crane could be able to stable and timeless work under harsh environments.
