The Research Of AODV Routing Protocol In WSN

Wireless sensor network, which is the cross of many disciplines and has become the new researching hotspot focused by many countries, is a fire-new technology about acquiring and processing information. It includes various technologies, such as sensor, wireless communication and computation, and the appearance of ZigBee protocol with low cost, low power consumption and simple application offers the international standard to wireless sensor network as well as a mass of application based on micro-control.In this dissertation, for wireless sensor network characteristics, the AODV algorithm has been improved so that it can be applied to wireless sensor networks. It achieves the main jobs:(1) This dissertation presents a scene of a particular type of network routing problems, in order to solve some problem, the dissertation introduces wireless routing protocol, and emphases AODV routing protocol and its working principle.(2) After the study of AODV protocol, a new algorithm called Tree is brought up .The dissertation introduces the background and algorithm theory of the algorithm Tree in detail, and discusses the details about how to implement Tree, then it tells about how to join itself to the NS2.(3) At last, using the simulator NS, we evaluate the performance of Tree and compare the performance between AODV and Tree. By analysis we find that: in such a scene,the network used Tree algorithm has perfect network performance. AODV routing algorithm has been successfully completed to improve,Simulation shows that the improvement of routing algorithm have meet the requirements of wireless sensor networks,and have achieved good results.
