Internet as the world's largest treasure of information resources is widely accepted by the people. Open, global, low-cost, high efficiency and all the other characteristics make internet to become the most convenient means of information retrieval. Meanwhile, the problem of the traditional sales model has become more and more evident. With the emergence of e-commerce, the traditional business model and business philosophy has been changed. E-commerce is a new customer business model, which is an internet Web-based framework with two sides as the main body, bank payment and settlement as means, and database as support. It will create huge benefits and opportunities, combine the market space, time, and virtual patterns, integrate the logistics, capital flow, information flow into an open, virtuous circle loop, let the manages use the market as a link, play the best role, and get the maximum benefit.With the rapid development of Chinese market economy, and the increasingly fierce market competition ,the traditional marketing models and management methods, have been unable to meet market development, how to improve the utilization of company funds to accelerate logistics turnover rate; how to strengthen the staff's management has become leaders'top priority. As our company continue to expand and develop, particularly after 2003 prepared to Listing, management pressure inside the enterprises was increasing, sales can not be of statistical data before the end; improper management of customer accounts receivable, a considerable amount of receivables can not recover in time, bad place was increased year by year;enterprise commodity import and sale, deposit, transfer, transfer, etc. by hand using traditional management methods were unable to grasp, such as the procurement of materials can not shop around, a temporary purchases often happens, which makes the procurement Cost is not under effective control, stores management level is not high, the phenomenon of drug expiration can not be discovered and delt with on time, book inventory goods can not reflect the actual stock quantity, the advance business model with the amount of purchase to achieve on-demand, reduce inventory backlog and achieving into selling is also only on the paper; and monitoring of each sales region or even the work of each salesman in time is impossible, as the number of business people in the companies increases and the competition between the salesman, often become the exchange between sales area and malicious fight between the cross-price, giving enterprises a lot of negative effects, thereby affecting the transparency of corporate governance. Operation and management of enterprises seriously lags behind the development of enterprises, so developing a line with the actual development needs of the pharmaceutical enterprise sales management system is imminent.On the other hand, pharmaceuticals have specificity in comparison with other enterprises, in order to rule the order of drug market, regulate business conduct to guarantee the people safe and effective in mediation, the State forces the enterprises to obey a standard of the drug GSP. To pharmaceuticals, the establishment of e-commerce platform could help enterprises to establish a more effective information management system, the stability of their systems, and operating norms could better achieve many of the norms GSP certification requirements. In order to help the companies pass the GSP certification every five years and meet the current needs of e-commerce platform, I decided to develop a J2EE software system for sales management which is an embodiment of the GSP requirements, considering the current severely laggard management of business and enterprise development. The enterprises can use the software to handle daily sales, various logs that GSP required will be recorded automatically at the same time. So that it can effectively help enterprises to strictly implement the GSP management standards, and realize the management of GSP compliance, and promote the healthy and rapid development of our business to better improve the market competitiveness of enterprises and economic benefits.In this paper, using SME sales network as the background, on the basis of the enterprise's own characteristics, briefly discussed the current manual processing of corporate sales system's basic situation and sales management can not adapt to the development of market. And on this basis, design for the sale management system of the enterprise, proposed for the sale management information system's architecture, workflow, as well as the development process involved in the support and key technologies. Then use the Combination of structural analysis and prototype method, the sales management system has been analyzed in detail, the system's objectives, needs, functional analysis, and data analysis.Paper details the implementation of sales management system, including database design, database implementation, functional design, function realization and the development of the choice of operating environment. And finally briefly discuss about sales management system, further study, presented its future direction. The system in the past year, applications, operating normally, highlighting the design is reasonable, fit the actual situation of enterprises. The characteristics of low-cost, thus greatly reducing the labor intensity of the sales system staff, and improve sales management, customer data, commodity prices, quality and accuracy of data. Confirmed that the management and thought of this matter, analytical results and development strategy is effective and feasible. Provide effective basis for the management of scientific and policy-making.In this paper, a J2EE-based pharmaceutical sales management system is achieved, which reflects the most important features of the drug distribution system. The division of the system management's function modules is based on the actual demand of front and back office management, after logging into the homepage of the systm, the member can search for drug information or browse the entire drug classification according to drug information. When the user finds the drugs they need ,he can choose to purchase, if the user choose to purchase, he can choose to the quantity, and drug into the shopping cart, the user can also go to view the information of the shopping cart, which shows the user's shopping list (order), the user can view the order information, modify the order information. For example, he can modify the number of the drugs he buy, or delete the medicines he previously purchase.Then the user can submit the shopping cart to a background Checkout or continue purchasing drugs. To continue purchasing medicines, the user should go on in accordance with the previous process in the cycle. After that, the order can't be modified by the user. The process of the user is over. After the administrator logins the server, he will recieve the orders submitted by the users, he can confirm the user's information and manage the orders, such as delete or modify the status of orders, change the state of non-payment into paid, and decide to shipping.The front desk management-related function modules include: personal information management, member logining, searching for the drugs, browsing the medicines, and various operations on the shopping cart.Background Management is mainly managed by the administrator, the main function modules include: membership management, drug information management, order management, system password changes, system information to add, Links management modules. Which drug administration, including adding drugs, modify drug information, drug classification and management sub-module, membership management, including adding members, changing member information, and other sub-modules.The system has the following two main characteristics:1. Page Modularity: The system have adopted the modular mode when designing the system interface, the common parts in a lot of pages are integrated into a modules, such as the page's head, tail, and navigation bar, so that during the development, the similar parts of these pages do not need to re-write, but as long as 1: <% @ include file ="......"%> reuse of this part can greatly improve the efficiency of the development.2. Three-tier architecture design: The system adopts three-tier structure design, namely, the logical structure of program which is divided into user interface layer, business logic processing layer, data storage layer. The actual physical structure of three layers is also independent of each other, the business logic processing layer is implemented with JavaBean, the user interface and business logic separation is achieved using JSP. System security, maintainability, reusability, and scalability are greatly enhanced.This drug distribution system has basically realized its intended purpose, reached the design requirements, achieved the various basic functions for a manual to a computer information processing, integrated the original inaccurate modes of communication integrate, and become a strong anchor of the group in the process information technology. However, due to the constraints of the time and my limited expertise, there are also some deficiencies, order management component of the detail is lacking, some of the navigation bar feature is not achieved, especially, the information security of the site need to be further strengthened.
