It is divided into three modules, searching of browsing internet records, searching of files' using records and browsing internet records' clearing. The first module is responsible for searching browsing internet records and then output the results in a specific format. Internet records include temporary files, cookie files and the drop-down menu in the browser's history. Temporary files store the content of pages, including pictures, text, audio, video and so on. Cookie files are used for storing the account information. The records are saved as a format of a text file. The drop-down menu stores the most recently visited Web site, or URL. It is stored in the registry and the preservation of the number is limited. These three records are very important as evidence for judging a computer's browsing situation. The module of files' using records responsible for searching the office document, audio files, video files, images and so on. And then they are outputted with a certain format. The browsing internet records' clearing module is based on the needs of users who can choose to remove temporary files, cookie files, browser history drop-down menu.Browsing Internet Records Sub-system is designed with C++ programming language and MFC programming technology. On the browsing internet records searching module, it mainly through accessing to the temporary files and the cookie files' path to extract the records and then showing at a specific format in the interface. The drop-down menu history is searched by visiting the registry to read the records. Document records' searching mainly based on the document suffix to do recursive search. If there are many records in the system, the search speed is relatively slow, it will be gradual improvement in the future.
