In recent years,with the development of computer network and information technology,Web-based academic management system which has become an important research and development field in many colleges and universities rises in the field of teaching management.It is based on computer network management system,and the purpose of this system is to achieve a kind of method in educational administration which is strong interactive anytime and anywhere and has the newest content.In this paper,we choose J2EE as the overall system architecture of Academic Management Information System after screening and comparison of popular web development technology.Using MVC development pattern,the mutual separation of view,control and model in system makes it easy for software development and maintenance:Tomcat is used as a Servlet container and JSP page is used as the server and the user interaction interface.Logical process of system is achieved by component packaging.Open-source database MySQL 5.0 is selected as system database.The main research contents are as follows:The first chapter briefly talks about development status of domestic and foreign modern vocational education system,its position and importance in vocation education.This paper described the characteristics of educational management system and its significance through analyzing management of the academic units.The second chapter discusses the system development pattern and related technologies,such as three-tier architecture model,JSP,Servlet,MVC architecture and MYSQL database etc and give specific technical line.The third chapter involves the performance and functional analysis of the system, and describes the requirement using use case chart.It also gives design objectives, design principles and system network architecture,software architecture and deploys architecture.Combination with J2EE technology and MVC design patterns, subsystems and functional modules is given.The fourth chapter is devoted to detailed analysis of the function of Online Examination.The introduction of AJAX callback technology greatly reduces the system flow.This paper proposes a dual adaptive strategy to effectively improve the examination of the self-adaptive.Different methods are offered in view of different examinations from students.A detailed database design,System interface and test results are given through discussing.The last chapter serves as a summary,including the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of this system,proposal of improving method for the system as well as expectation for future development models and technologies.
