Alone with the time that the third-generation mobile communication techniques have gone into business use in China,TD-SCDMA has draw much attention and become the hotspot in wireless communications industry both in domestic and overseas,a lot of scientific research institutions and big communication corporations has ploughed a mass of money and manpower into TD-SCDMA system technology research and development.Therefore, it's very important to practise TD-SCDMA system project and research the relative technology at present.This thesis firstly introduces the physical channel and uplink signal processing flow of TD-SCDMA system,and then analyzes and illuminates TD-SCDMA system joint detectionmodule algorithm in detail, emphasis on the key module of joint detection——joint detectionalgorithm, analyze the key of the algorithm in detail——system matrix construction andsimplification.And then aiming at shortcoming of high complexity, This thesis introduce two fast matrix inversion algorithm to solve Zero Forcing-Block Linear Equalizerequation——approximate Cholesky factorization algorithm and Block-FFT algorithm,to showthe advantage,we analyze and compare their algorithm efficiency and complexity.During theoretical research, this thesis focus on DSP engineering implementation and algorithm optimization of the TD-SCDMA joint detection module based on approximate Cholesky factorization algorithm.The specific implementation details of sub-modules are discussed,and a series of optimization result testings have been done,thus we certify that algorithm optimization is correctness and validity.Furthermore, this thesis also discuss code optimization methods of each module based on fixed point DSPs in details, effectively reducing the whole joint detection module complexity,greatly saving the system overhead,cuting down the costs of Node B. It's proved that our work has a good application prospects and commercial value in Node B uplink receiver.
