In recent years, the development and application of the fiber communication network improved rapidly. While the demand of informational society for Internet services is dramatically increasing, the technology in high-speed wide-band communication has made a promising growth. The technological innovation of sensor networks and communication networks, channel multiplexing and the development of WDM, DWDM technology not only dramatically improve the channel capacity of communications network, but also make the union of sensor networks and communication networks become possible, eventually saving the network resources.Therefore, this group studied the modulation and demodulation of sensor signal and the accsess agreement. This paper focuses on the access agreement while transmitting sensor signal.This paper is mainly about:First, this paper analyzed the technical characteristics of optical fiber access network and a few of recent DBA algorithms, used their differences as comparison.Second, this paper present a new DBA algorithm. This algorithm is based on service differentiation and bandwidth priority classified. The main design is to devide EPON's upstream banwidth into several grade, grant each ONU accordingly. This new DBA algorithm can resolve the problems in the access of the main network.Finally, we design a model on OPNET according to the basic EPON system using the user-defined DBA algorithm. The simulation shows that the new DBA performs better than with other traditional algorithms based on delay, bandwidth useage and fairness.
